🐾 Run, Rest, Repeat: A Hexacats Guide to Mental Health (and Zoomies)
“She runs. We nap. That’s balance.” Team Hexacats
Movement = Mental Health

We prefer zoomies at 3 AM, but we've noticed running helps our human stay calm, focused, and less likely to yell when we knock over her water. So we support the journey.

And by “support,” we mean:
– Curling up on her clean running gear
– Sitting on race bibs
– Knocking medals off shelves at 2 AM

You're welcome.

SuperHalf Goals, SuperFur Motivation

Lisbon, Prague, Valencia, Berlin, we’ve been there (well, spiritually). Two cities left. Every medal comes home with a new story, and we give it the honor it deserves: a quick sniff, then we claim it.

Also, fun fact we’ve learned:
Runners can’t go more than 10 minutes without mentioning they run.
Especially if there’s a medal nearby.
Or a GPS map.
Or literally any audience.
(Even us. We can’t meow back, but we listen. Mostly.)

And now… the human has insisted we showcase her “epic journey” so far.

🏅 From Cat Naps to Full Marathons

The Hexacats were prepared for half marathons. We’ve supported our human through training, recovery, and the mysterious rituals of "carb loading" (which, frankly, we respect). But then... something changed.

Half marathons? Fine. We accepted those. But then she did a full marathon.
42.195 km. Voluntarily.
We thought she’d lost it.

But she came back smiling. And exhausted. And proud.
And honestly? We kind of get it.

🐾 So What’s Next...

  • More races, naps and lessons from feline philosophers.

Whether you're training for your next race or just training yourself to slow down, you’re part of this journey now.

Run with joy. Nap with pride. And never underestimate a well-rested mind.
